netball

2dae got netball trng agn..at clementi sports stadium. frankly, it was damn tough.
first we reached thre at 9am. we ran 3 rounds fer warmup. nxt, we sprinted 100m 4times.
nxt sprinted 200m 2 times.den400m 2 times. den 50m 5 times. damn tough man! like after each one, we wre all panting like hell lar. T.T last was 4 sets of 15 pushups n 50 skipping. after dat, FINALLY RELEASED! it was like hell man.. u can imagine how hot the sun is at dat time..

den we took 198 to jec. took neo! haha so cool xD! den eat, bubble tea (x..den i bought another shorts. den went lib. :D damn funn. haha
den they went home. nxt i went ice skatin wif yijing n chengyee (: woots! my leg super pain lars! cause of the suupper THICK nanhua socks =( haah but it was fun (x
den go eat waffle..tok tok. den i have ta go back lers. den i n yijing took 334, cheng took mrt. she wanted go lot 1 or westmall buy things ;) rich gal..haha reach home damn tired...yea dats bout all..
